Employee Safety Committee
April 13, 2009
In attendance: Carole Ross, Chairman, Linda O’Masta, Jeff Rogers, Bill Halstead, Linda Bradley-Gillette.
Mrs. Ross opened the meeting at 10:00am.
A review of this quarter’s injury reports took place. This quarter 5 accidents were reported.
At the next meeting in June, Jeff will bring the latest loss report for the committee’s review.
The next meeting will be held on June 1st. The September meeting will be held on the 3rd and the December meeting will be held on the 3rd.
